Cancellation Policy

1. Once we have received your booking, we will email you a confirmation. Please note, you are not booked until you receive this confirmation. If you have not heard from us by 48 hours, please re-contact us or call us on our free call number +526241767331

2. Cancellations: Up to 7 days before the trip, you can cancel your trip with no cancellation penalty, up to 72 hours before the cruise, there is 50% cancellation penalty, less than 24 hours before the cruise or in case of no show there is no refund (100% charge applies).

3. Till the evening before the cruise, you can change the amount of guests coming for the cruise

4. If less people arrive ON THE DAY OF THE CRUISE, there will be no refund.

5. In case of bad weather we will do our best to reschedule the cruise depending in yours and ours availability. In case no reschedule is possible, you will receive full refund.
